Hong Yip won the Best Property Management Contractor Award for five consecutive years

With years of professional property management experience, high quality services and comprehensive staff training, Hong Yip won the Best Property Management Contractor (HOS and Non-domestic Properties) Gold Award for five consecutive years  

 

The Property Management Services Contractors Awards have been launched by the Hong Kong Housing Authority since 2011. The assessment criteria are based on the combined scores given by the assessment panel, the Housing Department's supervisory teams, feedback from the Estate Management Advisory Committees and the results of random surveys conducted among residents.
