Wetland Seasons Park Winning the Grand Award in the “Green Building Award 2023” under the category of Facilities Management of Existing Buildings
Hong Yip has always been setting stringent environmental standards for properties and creating intelligent green homes. Recently, Wetland Seasons Park has won the Grand Award under Existing Buildings Category (Facilities Management) in the “Green Building Awards 2023” co-organized by the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the Professional Green Building Council.
As a residential project adjacent to the Wetland Park in Tin Shui Wai, Hong Yip pays special attention to the relationship between nature and Wetland Seasons Park. In addition to paying a lot of effort to protect the ecology of the habitat comprising 1,300 trees, it is also used as an educational tool for both residents and the community nearby, with the goal of Urban-Rural Integration. Different green policies, such as paperless measures, digital communication platform for residents, collection of food waste and green education, etc, are implemented to strike the right balance between development and conservation and to create a sustainable community.
Wetland Seasons Park won the Grand Award in the “Green Building Award 2023” under the category of Facilities Management of Existing Buildings. Ms Cimmy Yuen, Director of Hong Yip, led the team to receive the award.
