Hong Yip Winning the HKRMA “2023 Service Talent Award” Again

Sharing the commitment of our parent company Sun Hung Kai Properties in “Building Homes with Heart”, Hong Yip has once again received remarkable results in the “2023 Service Talent Award”, known as the “Oscars of the Retail Industry", organized by The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (“HKRMA”).

Despite the challenges in the past years, our property management teams have continued to provide professional and attentive services to customers to cater their needs. We are delighted to announce that our staff Ms Fung Sin Ying from Tsuen Kam Centre (Shopping Arcade) and Ms Lam Yin Ting Angela from Tsuen Wan Plaza (Shopping Arcade) were awarded the Silver and Bronze Prize respectively from “Staff Awards: Junior Category, Property Management” of HKRMA Service Talent Award. Ms Fung Sin Ying from Tsuen Kam Centre also won the “Excellent Service Star” award.

In addition, four of our shopping malls, including Tsuen Wan Plaza, Park Central, Harbour North and Tsuen Kam Centre, were crowned the honour of “Outstanding Flagship Service Brand”, demonstrating our property management teams’ commitment in creating a safe and harmonious environment for customers. We have also implemented different innovative ideas and applications to create a brand new experience for shoppers.
